Mr. Tuncay Özilhan (Chairman)
Mr. Özilhan, born in 1947, graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics and received his MBA degree from Long Island University in the United States. He has assumed such responsibilities as General Director of Erciyas Biracılık (brewery), General Coordinator of the Beer Group, and General Coordinator of the Anadolu Group. Mr. Tuncay Özilhan was appointed as the CEO of the Anadolu Group in 1984 and in May 2007, he was also appointed as the Chairman of Anadolu Group. Mr. Özilhan also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Efes Pazarlama, Tarbes, CCİ, Alternatifbank, Adel Kalemcilik and Ülkü Kırtasiye. Besides being Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia and the President of the Efes Pilsen Sports Club, Mr. Özilhan served as the President of TÜSIAD (Turkish Industrial and Businessmen’s Association) for three years between
2001 and 2003.

Mr. İbrahim Yazıcı (Vice Chairman)
Mr. Ibrahim Yazıcı, born in 1949, has graduated from Bursa Iktisadi ve Ticari Ilimler Akademisi in 1975. Between 1976 and 1979 he studied his MBA degree at the Atlanta University. He has held various positions in Anadolu Group companies since 1982, in addition to memberships in Board of Directors of various Anadolu Group companies.
Mr. Süleyman Vehbi Yazıcı (Member)
Born in 1947, Mr. Vehbi Yazıcı has completed high school in Beyoğlu Tarhan Koleji and in 1972 got a degree in Economics. Mr. Yazıcı has worked as the General Manager of Çelik Motor A.Ş. between 1975-1977 and has held various positions in many foundations, including Kenan Evren Eğitim Kültür Vakfı, Anadolu Eğitim ve Sosyal Yardım Vakfı, Türk Kalp Vakfı, Göz Nurunu Koruma Vakfı, Doğal Hayatı Koruma Vakfı. Mrs. Tulay Aksoy, born in 1951, graduated from Erenköy Kız Lisesi in 1968. Since 1995 she served as a member of the Boards of Directors of various Anadolu Group companies including Anadolu Endüstri Holding, Anadolu Efes, Isuzu, Çelik Motor, Adel Kalemcilik, Anadolu Motor and Anadolu Sağlık Vakfı.

Mr. Ali Şanal, born in 1934, has graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 1958. During 1960 - 1969, he worked as a public auditor for Ministry of Finance. He joined Anadolu Endüstri Holding in 1970 and worked as a member of the top management in the finance department until his retirement as the CFO of Anadolu Endüstri Holding in 1994. Rasih Engin Akçakoca (Member)
Mr. Engin Akçakoca, born in 1951, is a graduate of the Middle East Technical University and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration. In a banking career which began in 1974, Mr. Akçakoca has worked for T. İş Bankası, Citibank N.A., American Express Bank Ltd., T. İthalat İhracat Bankası A.Ş, before he assumed the responsibility of Assistant General Manager of Koç- Amerikan Bank A.Ş. from 1986 to 1991. From 1991 through 2000, Mr. Akçakoca served as the General Manager/CEO of Koçbank A.Ş., one of the largest commercial banks in Turkey. In 2001, he was appointed by the decree of the Council of Ministers as the Chairman and CEO of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) and the Savings Deposits Insurance Fund (SDIF) at a time of the biggest financial crisis of the Republic of Turkey. As the Chairman and CEO of the BRSA and the SDIF reporting to the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Akçakoca was responsible for a comprehensive “Banking Sector Restructuring Program” that was put in place in 2001 in order to strengthen the financial structure and performance of the Turkish banking sector. Since 2004, Mr. Akçakoca has been providing consultancy services through KAB Consulting to real sector companies on financial restructuring, and joined the Board of Directors of Anadolu Efes as of 2006.
Dr. Recep Yılmaz Argüden
Mr. Argüden has a B. S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi and received his PhD. İn policy analysis from the RAND Graduate Institute with General Distinction. Mr. Argüden started his career at the R&D Center of Koç Group between 1978 – 1980 and worked at the RAND Corporation as a Policy Analyst between 1980 - 1985. Later he joined World Bank as a Senior Officer in 1985 and resumed this responsibility until 1988. Upon the Government’s invitation, Mr. Argüden returned to Turkey where he led the Privatization Program between 1988-1990. Mr. Argüden also served as the Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister in 1991 and as member of the Board of Directors of various companies including Erdemir where he served as the Chairman between 1997 and 1999. Dr. Mehmet Cem Kozlu
Dr. Kozlu, born in 1946, has been holding various positions in The Coca-Cola Company since 1996. He joined the company as Managing Director, Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asian Republics Operations, based in Istanbul. In 2000, Mr. Kozlu moved to Vienna to become President of The Company’s Central Europe & Eurasia Group. His responsibilities were expanded to include the Middle
East in March 2001 through 2006. Since then, Mr. Kozlu has been serving as Consultant to Coca-Cola Eurasia Group. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Dr. Kozlu served as a Member of Parliament in the Turkish GrandNational Assembly (1991-1995) and headed Turkish Airlines as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (1988-1991) and as Chairman (1997-2003). Dr. Kozlu holds a B.A. from Denison University, an MBA from Stanford University, a Ph.D in Administrative Sciences from the Bosphorus University, as well as an honorary doctorate from Denison University. Dr. Kozlu is currently a board member of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia; and Trader Media East Limited, Amsterdam. Ahmet Boyacıoğlu (Advisor)
Mr. Boyacıoğlu, born in 1946, joined Anadolu Efes in 1973. Between 1973 and 2005, he served in a number of positions, including President - Strategy & Business Development, President - Beer Division, President – International Beer Division and President – Eastern Europe Division of Efes Beverage Group, General Manager of Ege Biracılık, General Manager of Güney Biracılık, Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager of Ege Biracılık. In May 2005 Mr. Boyacıoğlu was appointed as the President of Efes Beer Group. Since his retirement in February 2007, Mr. Boyacıoğlu serves as a consultant in Anadolu Efes Board of Directors.
