Efes Breweries International N.V. (“EBI”), based in the Netherlands, is a Holding Company under which International Beer Operations of the Efes Beverage Group / Anadolu Efes is gathered. EBI operates breweries and manufactures, markets, distributes and sells beer products through its subsidiaries in Russian Federation, Romania, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Serbia & Montenegro.
