| Mr. Jimenez started his career in 1973 at The Coca-Cola Company and he held various top management positions since 1981; as Region Director- Central America, Region Director-Caribbean, Vice President and Director of Marketing Operations- Latin America at The Coca-Cola Company. In 1991 he was appointed as the President and CEO at Panamco Mexico which was the largest subsidiary of PANAMCO, largest bottler in Latin America and second largest bottler in the world, and in 1994 as the President, COO and Member of the Board of Directors at PANAMCO until 2001. Mr. Jimenez was working as a Partner and Managing Director of DINESA Company, which is focused on consumer goods products in Mexico until February 2007, when he was appointed as the Efes Beer Group President. Mr. Jimenez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas. |

| Mr. Bölükbaşı began his career in Anadolu Efes in 1984 as Budgeting and Finance Specialist. He left the Group in 1988 to set up and manage Wimpy Restaurants’ Turkey operations as Operations Manager. He joined back to Anadolu Efes as Project Development Manager in 1990 and served as Marketing Coordinator from 1994 to 1998, General Manager of Efes Pazarlama from 1998 to1999 and served as General Director of Turkey Beer Division. Mr. Bölükbaşı was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Russia and CIS Beer Operations in September 2005 and as Chief Operating Officer of International Beer Operations in October 1st 2007. Mr. Bölükbaşı has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University. He has also completed the professional management program at the Ohio State University. |

| Mr. Maviş started his career at Anadolu Efes in 1984 as Foreign Trade Coordinator. He became Marketing Manager of Istanbul Brewery in 1987 and later was appointed as Deputy General Manager of İzmir Brewery in 1993, as General manager of Adana Brewery in 1994 and of ‹zmir Brewery in 1996. In 1999 Mr. Maviş became General Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery and assumed this responsibility until May 2005, when he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Turkey Beer Operations. Mr. Maviş is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Business Administration Department. He holds an MBA degree from Texas A&M University. |

| Mr. O’Neill became CCI’s Managing Director (CEO) in February, 2006. Mr. O’Neill graduated from Rathmines College, Dublin as an industrial engineer in 1969, and during his career has served in various positions including the Foreign Trade Services of Ireland, as a Commercial Attache at Ireland’s Embassy to Moscow and Director of Operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Additionally, Mr. O’Neill was the Director of Ireland’s Food and Drink Export Initiative from 1980 to 1983. Mr. O’Neill joined TCCC in 1989, and worked as Eurasia Regional Director until 1996. Between 1997 and 2000, he was the President of Nordic and Northern Eurasia Division of TCCC, responsible for 11 countries. |

| Ronald W. Jones was the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of CCI between 2001 and 2005. With the acquisition of Efes Invest in 2005, he became the Chief Operating Officer of Turkish and Middle Eastern Operations. He joined The Coca-Cola System in 1980, as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of the Peninsula. Mr. Jones has been responsible for various operations within The Coca-Cola System including President and CEO of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Louisiana. Between 1998 and 2001, Mr. Jones served as President and CEO of Efes Invest. Mr. Jones holds a BSc in general business from New York State University and received an honorary PhD from the University of New Orleans. |

| Christopher W.J. Gaunt has a degree in history from Leeds University. He began his career in 1973, at the Wine and Spirit Division of the Whitbread Brewery Group. He has worked in prominent firms of the UK Beverage Industry progressing to senior management positions with HP Bulmer and Allied Domecq. Prior to joining the Efes Beverage Group, Mr. Gaunt served as Executive Director of Panonska Pivovara Croatia (Carlsberg International) and General Director of Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekistan. He joined the Efes Beverage Group in 2000, as the General Manager of operations in Bulgaria. He was later appointed as the President of Efes Invest in 2001, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Central Asian Operations of CCI after its acquisition of Efes Invest in 2005. |

| Mr. Çaka joined Anadolu Efes in 1997. Between 1997 and 2005, he served in a number of positions, including; Strategy & Business Development Director, Strategy & Business Development Manager, Finance and Administration Manager - Efes Ukraine Brewery, Finance Specialist - International Beer Operations and the Strategy, Business and Market Development Director of Efes Beer Group in 2007. In April 2008 Mr. Çaka was appointed as Chief Financial Officer & Investor Relations Director of Anadolu Efes. Before joining the Group, Mr. Çaka had worked for Texas Instruments Sofware Ltd, UK, as a business analyst and system engineer. Mr. Çaka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and further achieved Master of Business Administration degree again from Middle East Technical University. |

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Efes Kazakhstan, Efes Russia, Efes Moldova, Efes Serbia, Anadolu Efes Technical Management and Consultancy N.V. and Efes Holland Technical Management and Consultancy B.V. Mr Demir Şarman was appoineted as Strategy, Business and Market Development Director of Anadolu Efes. Mr. Sarman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

| Mr. Saltuk Ertop was born 1965, graduated from İstanbul Üniversity, faculty of Law, hold postgraduate master degree on Tax Law and also an Executive MBA degree from University of Wales. Mr. Ertop worked at Caylıgil& Gündoğdu Law firm asAttorney at Law between 1990 abd 1993, he also worked at various position at Alcatel as Senior Counsel in İstanbul between 1993 and 1994, International Senior Counsel in Antwerp between 1994 and 1995, General Counsel in İstanbul between 1995 and 1999, HR Director and General Counsel between 1999 and 2004, Career Development Director in Alcatel HQ Paris between 2004 and 2006, HR Vice President of South Asia between 2006 and 2007 and HR and Operations Vice President of South Asia between 2007 and 2008. Mr Ertop was appointed as HR Director of Efes Beer Group, effective as March 2008. |

He worked as Human Resources Specialist and Treasury Specialist between 1998- 2000. After working as the Sales and Marketing Director of Efes Invest between 2000 and 2003, he was appointed as the Trade and Export Director of Efes Beer Group in January 2003 and Purchasing and Logistics Director of Efes Beer Group in 2006. . Mr. Aksoy was appointed as Supply Chain Director in June 2008. Mr. Aksoy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University-USA. |

| Before joining Anadolu Efes, Mr. Gökbulut, worked as Sales Development and Auditing Inspector in Hürriyet Holding. He began his career in Anadolu Efes in 1990 as a Marketing Specialist. Between 1994 – 1996 he worked as Marketing Research Chief, between 1996-1997 as Assistant to Sales Manager of Ege Birac›l›k. Then, he served as Marketing Manager in Efes Eastern Europe Division and Marketing Director in Turkey Beer Division until 2006. Mr. Gökbulut was appointed as Sales Director in Efes Beer Group on September 1st 2006 and resumed this responsibility until June 15th 2007 when he was appointed as Commercial Director (Marketing&Sales) in Efes Beer Group. Mr. Gökbulut has a licence of Journalism and Public Relations in 1986 from Marmara University. |
